Founder | Master Technician
Nick Frazier
Nick is a driven and nationally recognized automotive and marine electronics technician. With extreme attention to detail and product knowledge, Nick's installation practices exceed all industry standards delivering an OEM appearance along with a secure and long-lasting installation. Nick started, as many technicians do, working for big box retailers before transitioning into the specialty installation sector. There he honed and expanded his skillset as he grew into the technician he is today. Nick has been named "Top 50 Installers" by Mobile Electronics Magazine for the past 8 year running as well as "Top 12 Installers" for 5 years, past 3 years running. In 2019, Nick was named "Trusted Technician of the Year" by Mobile Electronics Magazine. Nick is MECP Expert certified - which is the highest national certification for mobile electronics installation. He is also a MECP "Subject Matter Expert" which is awarded when an individual provides material information for the official certification study guide(s) used for the exams.

Lead Technician
Tim Langevin
Tim is a passionate and talented technician who takes great care and consideration with any vehicle he touches. Starting in 2008 Tim took initiative and dove head first into the mobile electronics industry by attending and graduating the Mobile Dynamics school in Toronto Canada. He received the award of "most improved" upon completion of the program. Tim left with MECP certification and is currently MECP certified as well. Since then he's had his hands in each and every facet of the automotive and marine electronics world serving in-store clients as well as performing installations on the road for major dealerships throughout New England. Tim joined the iNNovative team in 2019 and has been a valued member of our staff. In his new role he's been focusing on the most technical aspects of automotive audio integration. These new talents and direction earned him national recognition as a finalist for "Rookie of the Year" by Mobile Electronics Magazine.
